STRAWBERRY BREAD

Grease and flour pans. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
20 oz. frozen strawberries (with sugar), thawed, undrained
4 eggs
1 1/4 cups salad oil
2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
1 T. cinnamon
1 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
1 cup chopped nuts
In medium bowl, stir berries, eggs and oil.
In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, soda, salt, nuts.
Add berry mixture to dry ingredients and stir just until blended.
Pour into two loaf pans, or 5 mini-loaf pans.
Bake one hour at 350, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
