CHEESE BALL





CHEESE BALL
From Grandma, Pearl Holmes

1 8-oz. extra sharp cheddar cheese
1 8-oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 T. mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 cup finely chopped pecans

Let cheeses get to room temperature and mix together until smooth.  

Add remaining ingredients and roll in additional pecans.  Chill.
