DOODLE CAKE

2 cups sifted flour

2 cups sugar

2 eggs

1 #2 can crushed pineapple

2 t. soda

salt

Mix and bake at 350 degrees in a 13 x 9 pan.

Icing

1 1/2 cups sugar

1 small can evaporated milk

1 stick oleo or butter

Mix the above ingredients and boil 3 minutes.

Remove from heat, and add: 

1 cup chopped nuts 

1 cup angel flake coconut, 

1 t. vanilla

Pour icing over cake while both are a little warm.
