EASY CHICKEN & RICE

EASY CHICKEN & RICE
From Pearl Holmes


1 fryer - cut up

1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope onion soup mix (optional)
1 cup uncooked rice (not instant rice)
2 cups water


Mix soups, raw rice and water together. Put in 9 x 12 inch pan. Lay cut up chicken on top of mixture. Sprinkle onion soup on top.


Cover tightly with foil. 

Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
