BROCCOLI SOUFFLE

BROCCOLI SOUFFLE

2 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 can mushroom soup
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 stick butter, melted 
1 medium onion, chopped

Mix together all ingredients except broccoli. 

Fold in broccoli and bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes. 

Put crumbs on top, if desired. 

Serves 7-10.
