1 cup hot water
2 cups cold water
1 small can mandarin oranges
juice of 1 lemon
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1 banana, diced
1 cup small marshmallows

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add cold water. Chill in long pyrex dish. When jello starts to set, add remaining ingredients. Chill until firm.

Topping

2 Tablespoons flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup pineapple juice (part orange juice, if needed)
2 Tablespoons butter

Cook until thickened. Cool.

Add 1 cup whipped cream.
