POTATO CASSEROLE

POTATO CASSEROLE

2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes (thawed)                
½ cup melted butter                                                 
¼ t. pepper                                                                  
1 t. salt                                                                                    
 ½ cup chopped onion
 1 pint sour cream
 1 can cream of mushroom soup
 2 cups grated cheddar cheese


Mix above ingredients and spread in greased 9 x 13 pan.  

 Put topping on and bake at 375 for 45 minutes.


Topping

3 cups crushed corn flakes
¼ cup melted butter
