BEEF BRISKET BAR B Q
From Judi Troyer   (from my Betty Crocker cookbook)
2  1/2 lb. beef boneless brisket, well-trimmed
1  1/2 t. salt
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup catsup
1/4 cup vinegar
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1  1/2  t. liquid smoke
1/4 t. pepper
1 bay leaf, crumbled
Sprinkle beef with salt. Place in ungreased oblong baking dish, 13 x 9.  
Mix remaining ingredients; pour on beef. 
Cover and cook  in 325 degree oven until beef is tender, about 2 hours.
Serves 8-10.
