MEATLOAF (not the usual version)

1 can golden mushroom soup
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/2 t. salt
1/3 cup water
Mix 1/2 cup soup, beef, bread crumbs, egg, onion, and salt. Shape firmly into a loaf. Put in loaf pan or 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 375 for one hour.
Combine water and rest of soup and pour over top. Serve with mashed potatoes. Yummy!
