CHICKEN IN SOUR CREAM

3 large chicken breast pieces, split
1 t. salt
3 T. flour
1 cup sour cream
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup unblanched sliced almonds
chopped pimientos
paprika
Place chicken pieces in flat baking dish.
Sprinkle with salt.
Combine flour and sour cream.
Add soup and water. Pour over chicken.
Sprinkle with almonds, pimiento and paprika.
Bake uncovered at 325 for 1 1/2 hours, basting occasionally.
Serves 4-6.
Tip: you can substitute other chicken pieces without boning, if desired.
